MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1
Pour four litres of cold water into a container (water must always be put in first).

STEP 2
Gradually whisk two kilograms of powder into the water.

STEP 3
When all the contents of the package are in the water, continue whisking for approximately 30-45 seconds.

STEP 4
Pour liquid mixture into the machine's hopper.

STEP 5
If this is the first time use of the machine, turn it to wash mode for 45 seconds. This will allow the mixture to fill the tubes.

STEP 6
Place carburetor in hopper with the hole side at the bottom.

STEP 7
Turn to PROD. position and in 8 to 10 minutes, you're ready to serve IAMYOGURT frozen yogurt!

When serving for the first time remember to take a 6oz draw on product to check consistency and temperature (18 degrees F).
